    Answers:
  1. Artist Submissions: How do I submit my art for consideration by the gallery?
Please see the Submissions Page.  [Top of Page]

  2. Walnut: What is the Walnut app for, and how can I use it?
Walnut is an augmented reality App for iPhone, iPad, and iPod, that you can download by clicking the icon on the top right of the page. It is free to use.
Once you download it, look next to art images for Walnut codes. In the app, you'll click "add art" and "enter an art code". Try out Je4, Je5, and Je6. If there isn't a code next to the image you want to see, ask us to create one!
Now the fun: Take a photo of a place you need art; add it to Walnut. Combine it with the art you've selected to see how it will look! It can function even with an angled view of your wall.   [Top of Page]

  3. Tsuga: What does Tsuga mean?
It's the name of the Western Hemlock, which is Washington's state tree.
Tsuga heterophylla is the scientific name.
Our logo is a hemlock cone.
She’s our reminder to keep our roots outdoors, in good soil and water and air.   [Top of Page]

  4. Frequent Framer Rewards: How does your Rewards program work?
Earn points that can be used for anything in the framing department, as well as a few gift items. Earn a point for each ten dollars spent, and they will accumulate without expiration.
Earn 5 points just for signing up, by sending an email with 'Rewards' to info@tsugafineart.com.  [Top of Page]

  5. Gift Certificates: Can you help me give a present?
Of course we can. We have gift certificates that can be specified for either custom framing services and products, or for purchases in the gallery.  [Top of Page]

  6. Hours: Can I make an appointment?
If our normal hours aren't convenient for you, contact us to schedule an appointment.   [Top of Page]

  7. Established: Is this the same place that was FrameWright and Kaewyn Gallery?
Yes it is! It has been in downtown Bothell since 1996. Ken assumed ownership in 2011; both gallery and custom frame shop became Tsuga.  [Top of Page]

  8. Staff: Who works at Tsuga?
Please see the About Page for our staff photos.  [Top of Page]

  9. Toby: What breed is that dog of yours?
Our guess is Akita and Husky. We adopted him from Homeward Pet when he was about a year old.   [Top of Page]
