Tsuga Fine Art - Submission Policy


Artist Submissions

We welcome submissions from regional artists who are interested in displaying and selling their works through Tsuga Fine Art.

For us to review your work, please apply in the following manner (do not bring your work to the gallery for review until requested):

Send an e-mail to info@TsugaFineArt.com. In the subject line, write Artist Submission, Your Name.

In the body of the e-mail, make sure we have:
  • Your website address, phone and e-mail
  • Your CV, in the body or attached as a Word or PDF document
  • Up to 10 images, with size limited to 600 pixels each
  • Label each image with its title, artist name, medium, size, price and framed/unframed
We will contact you, but please allow us time to review e-mails. We will respond within a 3-week period.

When bringing your work for Tsuga for exhibition, please take note of the following:
  • Wet paintings and damaged frames will not be accepted. Artwork must be dry, framed and ready for hanging.
  • No exposed glass edges, easel-back or clip frames, damaged mats or overcuts.
  • Works over 100 square inches must be wired to hang; works 80–100 square inches may either be wired or have a saw-tooth hanging device.
  • Gallery-wrap canvas must be at least 1" deep, and have finished (painted) edges. Canvases less than 1" deep must be framed.
With your art, please include a printed list with the following:
  • Your website address, mailing address, phone and e-mail.
  • A list of each piece with its title, medium, size and price.
